Resume Workshop

 

While attending the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point I attended a resume writing workshop, where they taught us the proper things to include on a resume, the modern designs of resume, and the appropriate experience to include. This workshop was very helpful during my sophomore year of college, since I would soon be applying for jobs to graduate.

 

 

Customer Service Workshop

 

During my time at Virtual Vision Computing LLC. the company thought it would be a good tool for the designers to take a few customer service workshops, just to make sure they were covering all their bases when building customer relationships.

 

During these workshops we spoke about proper techniques of answering phones, dealing with client frustrations, taking down messages as well as just speaking to each other. The weekly workshops were very helpful for the team to all be on the same page with the guidelines of speaking to customers.
